Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please contact our customer service staff at email@example.com or phone us at +91 7411560663. In such situations, the order will be cancelled and the funds reimbursed to you within 7-10 working days of the cancellation request being approved. Once order is shipped no cancellation will be entitled nor will any modification in orders be made.
Refund & Return:–
We make every effort to deliver the highest quality products and services within committed time line (between 3-4 working days and not late than a week depends upon deliverable location)but, due to the perishable nature of products, occasional accidents involving products and services may occur. In this instance, please notify us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise with a return request.
To assist us in gathering all of the information needed to investigate the complaint, you should clearly identify the issue and/or answer questions requested. Wherever appropriate, we may contact you to clarify matters or seek further information.
We may request the following (minimum) information to assist us in swiftly and efficiently investigating the complaint:
- Your name and contact details
- Order and nature of the complaint (in detail)
- The photographic evidence is complete.
- The defective sample (along with the pack wrapper) must be returned to us in its entirety.
- All necessary documents – invoices, order numbers, and so on – must be shared with us.
Note: We shall record your personal information solely for the purposes of addressing the complaint. All personal details should actively be protected from disclosure, unless you expressly consent to their disclosure.
You will not be eligible for any returns if you supply erroneous information, such as your phone number or delivery address, or if you are unresponsive, not reachable, or unavailable for the fulfilment of the services supplied to you.
Any complaint regarding the order, including but not limited to food leakage, foreign objects in the food, and delivery of the incorrect order, will require you to share proof of the same before any resolution can be granted.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt of the returned item at the email address provided by you at the time of booking the order. After inspection of the item, we will notify you of the status of your replacement/refund.
All refunds will be processed in the same manner as they are received, post approval from Simply Naturos. Unless refunds have been provided to you in the form of credits, the refund amount will be reflected in your account within 7-10 working days, based on the respective banks’ policies.
If the instructions you provided with the order are not fulfilled in the form and manner you intended, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. The organisation does its best effort to follow instructions.
Simply Naturos may accept or decline any order placed by a customer at its absolute discretion, without any liability to you.
Simply Naturos retains the right to end any programme or offer on its website or social media app at any time.
